Privacy policy

Sibol (“we”) provides software for warehouse packing and related operations. This policy explains what information the Sibol app collects, including Google user data, and how that information is used. Questions: cabrera.jayson@gmail.com.
Information we collect
- Google or Microsoft account. When you sign in, we receive your name, email address, and profile photo so we can identify you and check that your email is allowed to use the app.

Google Drive files the app creates. When an administrator
connects Google Drive, Sibol creates packing-video files in that Google account
and reads those files back to show or share them. This uses the
drive.filescope, which is limited to files Sibol creates or that you open with Sibol. Sibol does not browse the rest of that Drive. -
Email sent from the connected Google account. When someone
shares a packing video, Sibol can send that message through Gmail on the
connected account. This uses the
gmail.sendscope for that message only. Sibol does not read the mailbox. - Work records you enter. Order numbers, station activity, attendance, and similar operational data needed to run packing.
How we use it
We use this information to sign you in, to allow or refuse access by email, to store packing videos in the Google Drive account an administrator connects, and to email a link to a video when someone asks to share one.
We do not sell personal information. We do not use Google user data for advertising. We do not allow people to read Google user data except to provide support you ask for, to keep the service secure, or to meet the law. We do not transfer Google user data to others except to provide the feature you asked for, such as the recipient of a video link you send.
Where it is stored
Sign-in is handled by Google or Microsoft. Operational records are stored on Sibol’s cloud database and on the warehouse computer that recorded them. Packing videos are stored in the Google Drive account you connect, and that account’s owner controls those files.
How long we keep it
We keep operational records while the organization uses Sibol. You can disconnect Google Drive in Sibol settings, and you can remove Sibol’s access at Google Account permissions. Files already saved in Drive stay there until someone deletes them in Drive.
Google API Limited Use
Sibol’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
