Terms of service

The service
Sibol is software for warehouse packing and related operations. Access is limited to people whose email an administrator has allowed. Features depend on the product you are signed into.
Your account
You sign in with Google or Microsoft. You are responsible for activity under your account. Do not share a session, attempt to access data you are not allowed to see, or interfere with the service.
Your organization’s data
Packing records and videos belong to the organization using Sibol. When an administrator connects Google Drive, videos are stored in that Google account. Disconnecting Drive or revoking Sibol’s Google access stops new uploads; files already in Drive remain until someone deletes them there.
Acceptable use
Do not use Sibol to break the law, to send email the recipient did not need for the packing work, or to upload content you do not have the right to store.
Availability
Sibol is provided as it is, for the organization’s operations. We may change or interrupt the service. These terms do not promise a particular uptime.
